Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Telecaller to join our Ayurveda company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic health and wellness and will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, sharing information about our Ayurveda products and services, and supporting our growth objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Ayurveda, and the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and objections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to introduce and explain our Ayurveda products and services.
• Promote the benefits of Ayurveda and its holistic approach to health and wellness.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and drive sales.
• Inbound Calls:
• Handle incoming calls from potential and existing customers, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed information about Ayurveda treatments and products.
• Assist customers with their orders, including taking details, processing requests, and providing support as needed.
• Customer Education:
• Educate customers about the principles of Ayurveda and how our products can benefit their well-being.
• Provide guidance on product usage and wellness practices.
• Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on their interest in Ayurveda and wellness.
• Maintain and update a database of leads, tracking interactions and follow-up actions.
• Sales and Targets:
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Report on sales performance and customer feedback to management.
• Customer Service:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
• Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Documentation:
• Accurately record call details, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on call outcomes and customer feedback.
• Compliance:
• Adhere to company policies, including ethical practices and data protection regulations.
• Ensure all interactions comply with industry standards and regulations related to Ayurveda and wellness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
