We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Telecalling Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with product and service information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer calls regarding product inquiries, orders, billing issues, and general concerns.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, or issues as needed.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Maintain customer databases by entering and updating information.
• Ensure prompt and courteous handling of all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service or telemarketing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
• High school diploma; higher education preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
