We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing product/service information, and driving sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telemarketing or telesales, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about products/services.

- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.

- Maintain records of conversations and customer information in a database.

- Engage in active listening to identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions.

- Manage a large volume of calls daily while maintaining professionalism and quality.

- Achieve sales or lead generation targets set by the team.

- Handle objections and convert leads into sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve services or products.

Key Requirements:

•- Experience:• Minimum of 1 years in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service.

- •Education:• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Skills:

- Strong verbal communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other telecalling tools.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Persuasive and results-driven mindset.
