Responsibilities:
• Conduct tele-calling to potential students, providing information about our courses, and assisting them through the admission process.
• Maintain a database of inquiries, follow up with prospective students, and track admissions progress.
• Utilize MS Excel and MS Office for data entry, reporting, and maintaining student records.
• Handle front office tasks, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in general administrative duties, such as filing, handling correspondence etc.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a tele caller or in a front office role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused, and a team player.
• Basic knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
