Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive

Telecalling Executive

to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone to promote our real estate services, generate leads, and schedule site visits. You will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement and driving sales conversions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from provided leads. Clearly explain property features, locations, and benefits. Maintain a professional and friendly tone to build trust with clients. Schedule appointments for property visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain and update client database regularly. Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales. Meet daily and weekly targets related to calls and lead conversions.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred. Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
