Key Responsibilities :
• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet targets and maintain customer records.
• Upsell/cross-sell services where applicable.
Requirements :
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Own a laptop for work purposes.
• Basic computer knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
