We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer database regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Build strong rapport with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: High School (Graduation preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Work Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
