Shree Ram Stone Company is seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our team. This remote position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and contact potential customers to introduce Shree Ram Stone Company's products and services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Customer Engagement:
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and explain our marble and stone products in a clear and engaging manner.
• Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Sales Conversion:
• Persuade potential customers to purchase our products.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow-Up:
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Database Management:
• Update and manage customer databases with accurate and current information.
• Track interactions and outcomes of calls for future reference.
• Feedback and Reporting:
• Collect and report customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
