We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven In-house Tele sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth. This is an in-house role that does not involve any field work, ensuring a structured and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential and existing clients via phone calls, emails, and chat to promote our products/services.
• Identify client needs and present appropriate solutions to encourage sales.
• Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and sales documents.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to optimize client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer insights and trends.
Requirements:
• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [relevant languages].
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
