We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients/customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product/service information, and addressing customer queries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote services/products.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries, providing accurate information.
• Update customer information and records in the database.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products/services accordingly.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions or escalating to senior management when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team or management.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
• Provide feedback from customers to help improve the service/product.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and call management tools.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred (but not mandatory).
• Fluency in [English/Hindi/Other Languages] is required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
