Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to customers, resolve queries, and provide support.
• Address customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as required.
• Mentor junior team members and support team leaders in achieving operational goals.
• Provide feedback to improve scripts and processes for better customer engagement.
Qualifications
• Education: Required education level High School Graduate/BBA/B.com/BCA
• Experience: Number of years of experience required, 0-5 years of experience in
• customer facing role or similar
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong Team collaboration
• Leadership quality
• Can-do attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
