Job Summary: Ginee Wishing Hub Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in MP Nagar, Bhopal. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our range of services, including cleaning, pest control, painting, and CCTV camera setup, installation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1 year of telecalling experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and products.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide them with information about our offerings.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an updated customer database.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of telecalling experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
