Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecalling executive to join our aesthetics clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote our aesthetic services. This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of beauty and skincare treatments, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the clinic's aesthetic services.
• Consultation Scheduling: Schedule appointments for consultations or treatments, ensuring a seamless booking process.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with clients who have inquired about services, attended consultations, or received treatments.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately log all client interactions and follow-ups into the CRM system.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and other methods.
• Service Knowledge: Stay updated on the clinic's service offerings, pricing, promotions, and packages to answer client questions.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback regarding services and their overall experience to assist the clinic in continuous improvement.
• Upselling: Suggest additional or complementary treatments based on the client's interests and past services.
• Maintain Professionalism: Handle client objections and inquiries professionally, building trust and enhancing the clinic's reputation.
• Meeting Targets: Achieve monthly sales and booking targets as set by management.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales, preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex procedures and build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Persuasiveness: Strong ability to close deals and convert inquiries into consultations or bookings.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, booking software, and email for client management and outreach.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of aesthetic treatments (skincare, injectables, lasers, etc.) is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
• Attitude: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection in a positive manner.
