We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about products or services, and addressing customer inquiries. You will assist customers in resolving issues, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to maintain professionalism during calls are key. Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred, along with good listening skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
