Designation: Tele--caller/Sales Data Representative

Shift : US Shift (Night Shift 6.30 pm to 4am)

Joining: Immediate



• Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
• Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
• Understanding customers' requirements by asking questions and connecting them to the
• Business Development Team.
• Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
• Facilitating companies' sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.
• Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.
• Working in US Shifts.
• Calling International Clients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a tele-caller or any similar role.
• Basic Knowledge of computer like Excel, Word, Emails.
• Efficient with English Language.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
• Previously worked with any BPO or done International Calling.
• Previously worked with IT or Healthcare Industry will be added advantage.

Salary Range:

3L-7L/annum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
