KRA:
Primary objectives:
1)Ensure TIMELY and continual follow-up with leads (franchise, teacher resumes, parents if needed) to maximise conversion rates.
2)Focus on converting old databases, new databases and ongoing lead generation campaign leads to phone appointments, followed by in-person meetings being the final goal
3)Manage ALL lead related data (franchise leads for schools & preschools, teacher recruitment leads etc) in a very organised and centralised manner.
4)Maintain updated records of all interactions (phone, email) and ensure marketing manager/president is given the filtered lead details and scheduled phone appointments on a daily basis .
Perfomance metrics:
1)No. of calls made per day/week & follow up rate
2)Lead conversion (to phone appointment rate & to meeting appointment rate)
3)CRM maintenance & data accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
