Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to inform customers about our services and promotions.
• Handle inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and address customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Assist with service bookings and coordinate with the service team.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Be responsible for any additional duties that are related to Customer Care
Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in telecalling or customer care, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
