• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, issues, and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with potential or existing customers to provide information or support.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about the organization's services/products and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt responses and effective solutions.
• Accurately log and track customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or similar role is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages: English, local languages, etc.].
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve issues efficiently.
• Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple calls and queries simultaneously.
• Technology: Familiarity with CRM software and call logging systems.
• Attitude: Positive, empathetic, and patient demeanor when dealing with customers.
