Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Retention: Engage with customers to build long-term relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat business. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant departments. Sales Support: Assist with upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
