Tele caller Executive plays a crucial role in contacting potential customers over the phone to pitch products or services, answer queries, and set appointments or sales meetings. Their responsibilities often include making outbound calls, following scripts, maintaining customer records, and meeting sales targets. They need excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a good understanding of the product or service they're promoting. Additionally, they must be polite, patient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
