Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in Malayalam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information. Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales. Follow up with leads and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and improve conversion rates. Meet or exceed targets set by the company in terms of call volume, sales, or customer satisfaction. Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Update the CRM system with customer details and interactions. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the achievement of team goals.

Key Requirements:

Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory) is required. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
