Telecallers make outbound calls to inform or promote a company's products or services. They may also handle inbound calls from customers.
Customer service
Telecallers provide customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and retaining dissatisfied customers.
Sales
Telecallers may persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. They may also deliver sales pitches and adjust them based on the custome.
