Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive (Female) to join our Apple Brand dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to engage with customers over the phone effectively. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product/service information, and resolve Dealers queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or support requests.
• Stay updated with product and service information to effectively address dealers questions.
• Accurately record customer information and interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Assist the sales team by generating leads and following up on sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Degree
• Freshers or 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle difficult dealers and resolve issues effectively.
• Laptop Compulsory
• Age below 30
• No sales target
