We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to handle customer outreach, assist with hostel verifications, and manage new listings. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth listing process for hostels. Prior experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing hostel owners.
• Verify hostel details, including facilities, pricing, and availability, ensuring accuracy in listings.
• Assist new hostels in the listing process by guiding them through documentation, form filling, and updating their profiles on our platform.
• Provide detailed explanations of our platform's benefits and answer any inquiries from hostel owners or managers.
• Follow scripts and procedures to convert leads into new hostel listings or verification updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries from the platform.
• Ensure all listing details are up-to-date and confirm verification of hostels every 2-3 months.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a large volume of calls and maintain a high level of accuracy in hostel verification and listings.
• High attention to detail, especially when verifying hostel information and managing new listings.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
