Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Kannada-speaking Telecaller

to join our customer service/sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Kannada and a positive attitude towards handling customer calls. Freshers with good communication are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers in Kannada for sales, service, or support Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone Maintain a record of calls and customer responses Follow-up on leads and maintain customer satisfaction Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Handle queries, feedback, or complaints in a professional manner Coordinate with the team for smooth operations

Requirements:

Fluency in

Kannada

is mandatory Basic communication in

Hindi or English

is preferred Minimum graduate qualification required Good listening and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is a plus

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
