Update CRM systems with customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing resolutions.
Assist in promoting company services and offerings through calls.
Maintain knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate benefits.
Achieve call quality and performance metrics as set by management.
Requirements
:
1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into successful sales.
Proficient in using phone systems and CRM software.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Education
:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
