Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our in-house team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, promoting our services and securing collaborations. Your role is crucial in helping us expand our network and achieve our vision.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, businesses, and advertisers.
• Explain the organization's initiatives, including free Prasada distribution and advertising opportunities.
• Respond to inbound queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
• Build rapport with potential clients to secure partnerships and sponsorships.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and call records.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into long-term clients.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve campaign goals.
Qualifications and Skills Required
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s) Required].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Positive attitude, patience, and resilience under pressure.
