Gold Coins Resort is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our resort's services, and ensuring a seamless communication experience. Your key objective will be to create lasting impressions, convert inquiries into bookings, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Gold Coins Resort's offerings and promotions.
- Answer inbound inquiries, providing information on resort packages, amenities, and services.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively promoting resort benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering excellent service and follow-ups.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer engagement and bookings.
- Assist with customer feedback collection and pass on suggestions for service improvements to relevant teams.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales and customer service targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
