Tele Calling Executive
Job Description
• Engage with potential patients and inquiries through phone calls to provide information on Ankuram IVF services, procedures, and facilities.
• Respond promptly to patient queries and schedule initial consultations, follow-ups, and treatment appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting call details and updating patient information in the database.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls with patients, ensuring they are informed about their appointments, treatment schedules, and any other important details.
• Assist patients with basic questions about the IVF process and provide reassurance as needed, guiding them on next steps.
• Handle patient feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and operations, to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
