Female Tele-caller for Shifory (Ethnic Segment)

Job Summary:

SALT Attire - 9 to 9 Premium Clothing - a brand that embodies the essence of modern luxury and effortless style.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Telecaller to join our team at Salt Attire. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage with customers and address their queries.

2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to our products.

3. Deliver a perfect pitch using our telecalling script to prospects.

4. Collect and update customer information for the sales process.

5. Maintain accurate calling data in Excel.

6. Submit daily calling reports with remarks.

7. Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.

8. Acquire new customers through existing data calling or WhatsApp.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Compensation:

- Salary and incentives as per industry standards.
