Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or close sales.
• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Product Knowledge:
• Understand and explain the company's products or services clearly to customers.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and benefits.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain a high level of productivity by meeting daily/weekly call and sales targets.
• Record Management:
• Update customer details in the CRM system.
• Record call outcomes and follow up on leads as necessary.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Handle customer complaints or queries with a problem-solving approach.
• Build positive relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies.
• Share customer feedback to improve services/products.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi / English].
• Strong listening and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Proficiency in using CRM software or MS Office tools.
• High school diploma; a degree in [relevant field] is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of the industry [e.g., real estate, technology, healthcare, etc.].
