Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our investment banking team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and introducing them to our investment banking services. This role is focused on reaching out to potential leads provided by the digital marketing team for our pitch deck and financial model services. Candidates with exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in telemarketing or customer service are encouraged to apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Contact potential or existing clients.
• Update client information in the database.
• Understand the requirements of clients in products like pitchdecks and financial model
• Coordinate with clients through voice calls, emails to explain the product and company profile in detail
• Follow script and call guides provided by marketing team
• Preparation of MIS reports daily, weekly and monthly productivity tracker
• Calling on leads generated by different marketing sources and converting them
• Good at Client follow-up
• Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)

Key Skills:-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent pitch in Promoting the product like pitchdeck and financial model

10AM- 7PM

5.5 days working (Alternate Saturdays and all Sundays are off)
