: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and provide excellent customer support. You'll be a key player in driving our sales and enhancing our customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce and promote products/services.
• Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and track progress towards sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve processes.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
