Role & Growth: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Calling Executive to join our team at Oculture. As a Tele-Calling Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and appointments through cold and warm calling. If you have around 1 year of experience in the real estate industry and possess strong convincing and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct Cold and Warm Calling. 2. Engage with Potential Clients. 3. Demonstrate Convincing Skills. 4. Maintain Professional Attitude. Qualifications: 1. Experience: Around 1 year of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. 2. Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills. 3. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and the local language. 4. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Additional Information : Working Days : Tuesday - Sunday ( Sunday being work from home )
Work Timings : 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
