Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and educational institutions to provide information about our client's educational programs, courses, and services.
  • Listen to inquiries and concerns attentively, and provide accurate and detailed information about the educational offerings, admission procedures, fees, and other relevant details.
  • Assess the needs and interests of prospective students and parents to recommend suitable educational programs or courses that align with their aspirations and goals.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for in-person consultations or admissions interviews with educational institutions as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and competitor offerings to provide informed guidance to clients and prospects.
