Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, addressing their queries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students using provided data from various sources.
Promote Profiquence Academy's courses and programs to prospective students.
Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Collaborate with the admissions team to close leads and achieve enrollment targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
