Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Screening and Communication:
• Contact potential candidates via phone or email to screen them for job openings.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position.
• Provide candidates with information about job roles, responsibilities, and company policies.
• Interview Coordination:
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Confirm interview appointments and provide necessary details to both candidates and interviewers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding their interview status and feedback.
• Database Management:
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of candidate interactions and interview results.
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics and candidate status.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Provide support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other HR activities.
• Handle general inquiries from candidates and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Manage and organize candidate documentation, including resumes, application forms, and background checks.
• Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a telecalling or HR role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
