Tele calling Executive - Female
1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list to introduce the company's products/services and generate interest.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring they meet the criteria set by the company.
3. Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls from prospective customers, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed information about the products/services.
4. Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services by providing accurate information and addressing any concerns they may have.
5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.
7. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
8. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to the management team to improve the company's offerings and customer experience.
