Job Role Overview:
As a Telecaller Executive at Dialmenow Online Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's business by connecting with potential clients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients about our digital marketing services, website development capabilities, and custom software solutions. You will act as the first point of contact, representing our company to clients, and will be instrumental in generating leads, setting up appointments, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, explain our offerings, and understand their needs.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and clients in the digital marketing, website development, and custom software space. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our digital marketing services, website development, and custom software solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to each client's specific needs. Address client inquiries, resolve any doubts, and provide all necessary information.
• Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales or technical teams for further discussions and demos.
• Follow-up: Diligently follow up with potential leads and clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to the management team on call activity, lead status, and sales performance.
• Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company. Attractive commissions will be provided upon surpassing the targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide clients with the best possible experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Gender Requirement: Female only
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role in the IT industry, preferably in digital marketing, website development, or custom software solutions.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to close deals over the phone. A natural ability to build rapport with clients.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing, website development, and software solutions. Willingness to learn more about these fields.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up effectively.
• Motivation: Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets. Willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Onsite Requirement: Must be willing to work onsite.
