Job Description

Keeping the front office tidy and presentable with the required materials Greeting and welcoming guests and visitors Answering calls and redirecting as needed. Identifying the needs of visitors and directing them Issuing inquiry forms if they are needed Checking of enquiry forms to see whether they are filled out correctly Informing the counselling head/TL regarding the inquiry Taking the student to a concerned or allocated counsellor Registration of profile in CRM. Updating Excel and Google Sheets related to the daily operations Monitoring of attendance and movement registers. IELTS admission procedures: issuing of the IELTS registration form and collection of the IELTS fee Printing and scanning of required documents Receive official letters, packages, etc. and distribute them. Keeping the company mobile and WhatsApp always on mode, to ensure timely and efficient communication. Checking of official mail to ensure timely and accurate response, including the spam folder Participate in the company events and travelling to the event locations to represent the company if required. Events like Expo, Marketing - Promotional activities, Annual meet etc. Follow Company Policies

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
