Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote IT services and generate leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information on our services.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Update and manage customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business or Marketing).
Excellent verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus, but not mandatory.
0-2 years of telecalling or customer service experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Ability to persuade customers and handle objections.
