As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and building strong relationships with clients.
:
Recieve inbound outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services.
Generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Update customer information and sales data in CRM software.
Participate in training sessions to improve sales and communication.
Skills Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution
Fluency in language(s).
Knowledge of CRM software.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or any other related field.
