We are looking for dynamic and confident female candidates for the position of Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and promoting products/services. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about the products/services offered.
• Follow up with customers to resolve queries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and providing timely assistance.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet company goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Female candidates only (as per company policy).
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
