Telecalling Executive - Corporate
Job Responsibilities-
1. Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
3. Communicate product features and benefits clearly, addressing client inquiries and
concerns.
4. Generate leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
7. Draft professional and compelling emails to corporate clients.
Requirements
1. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
2. Proven experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or a similar role, preferably in the
financial services sector. Since this is a B2B role, the candidate having experience
in B2B tele-sales would be preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
7. Ability to work from the office in Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
