: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller to handle product sales and service inquiries. The ideal candidate will excel in managing leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for sales and strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Calls: Engage with potential customers through phone calls to promote and sell our products and services.

Lead Management: Follow up on leads provided by the company, converting them into sales and maintaining a robust pipeline.

Product Knowledge: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.

Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues in a timely manner.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless operational flow.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and complaints professionally.

Sales Techniques: Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM software.

Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed targets with a positive attitude.

Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.

Gender: Female candidates only.

Attributes: Positive attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and effective time-management skills.

Preferred Qualities:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Hindi and English.

Attitude: Positive demeanor and resilience under pressure.
