About Us:
We are a leading IT company specializing in the development of customized food delivery apps. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Female Telecaller to join our team and help us generate leads through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls from the provided data to generate leads.
• Introduce our services to potential clients and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet the clients.
• Maintain records of calls and update the CRM with relevant information.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Any stream)
• Language: Basic English proficiency is required.
• Work Hours: Fixed shift, 6 days a week.
• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Salary & Benefits:

• Initial salary of ?10,000 to ?12,000, with performance-based increments.
• Fixed working hours and stable work schedule.
