Job Requirement
• Preferably a Female with good communication skills and a pleasing voice.
• Convincing ability with the potential to make around 150 calls/day.
• Fixing appointments for the sales team with new and existing clients' Target oriented.
• Good Communication (English/ Hindi), Telephone Manner Computer Skills Required.
• Explain to customers about company offerings and generate appointments on a daily basis from the given database.
• Coordinate with the sales team.
• Telemarketing/Telesales skills required.
• Soft Spoken Patient.
• Calling Corporate Clients/Rigorous Follow Up
• Providing Service Information to the Clients Over Email And Phone.
• Follow up and attend customer calls and emails,
• Provide information as per customer requirements about the projects,
• Achieving the goals and target for Conversation of Leads
• Maintaining Site Visit Records, Incoming / Outbound Call Records
• Follow Up On a Regular Basis
The main Role of the Tele-caller is to convince the New lead to convert Leads, understand the finances of the client, and help them in post-sales processes as well.

Pay: ?8,772.22 - ?12,000.00 per month
