Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and policies.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future purchases.
Database Management: Update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the company\'s CRM system accurately and efficiently.
Market Research: Gather feedback from customers regarding their preferences, needs, and purchasing behavior to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language(s) and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate product information clearly and persuasively.
Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with jewelry and diamond products, including different types of gemstones, metals, and designs. Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service. Ability to empathize with customers\' needs and preferences.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools for data entry, email communication, and sales tracking.
