Job Title: Telecaller Executive

JMR Stores is seeking a friendly and motivated Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products, answer questions, and address any concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote JMR Stores' products and services.
• Provide accurate information about product offerings, promotions, and store updates.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Record customer information and feedback.
• Maintain a positive and respectful tone with all customers.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar customer service role will be better.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu And English.
• Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Excel software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,900.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
