We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Telecalling Executives / Tele Counselors to join our team at Mibo The Mind Expert in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively handle incoming inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide guidance and support to individuals seeking expert mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
- Answer incoming calls from clients seeking information or assistance.
- Engage with clients in a polite, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Understand the needs and concerns of clients and provide appropriate guidance and support.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments for clients with the appropriate mental health professionals.
- Coordinate appointment times and ensure all necessary information is provided to clients.
3. Client Counseling and Guidance:
- Provide information about the services offered at Mibo The Mind Expert.
- Understand the individual needs and conditions of clients and recommend suitable treatment options.
- Guide clients towards the most appropriate mental health services based on their requirements.
4. Client-Provider Connection:
- Facilitate communication between clients and mental health service providers.
- Ensure clients are connected with the right service providers according to their needs and conditions.
5. Language Proficiency:
- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Kannada to effectively engage with clients.
- Serve as a language interpreter as needed to facilitate clear communication between clients and service providers.
6. Psychological / Psychiatric Background:
- Any background or studies in psychology or psychiatry would be highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of mental health conditions, treatments, and therapies would be beneficial.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or counseling preferred.
- Knowledge or background in psychology or psychiatry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite and empathetic attitude towards clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
